We're proud to be different; here's how.

  • We have 2 full time roasters. With all the other staff we are around 10 people. Roasting mostly an night time we deliver to many locations on a daily basis with the beans still warm.
  • We are owned by 3 experienced directors, all dedicated to ensuring the best quality and long term vision of the company.
  • We have grown organically from the start. With no advertising we have grown from a single customer (Emirates Towers) in 2006 to 100+ volume customers. We are also supported by many individuals who make their weekly 'pilgrimage' to the Roastery.
  • We roast only Arabica beans. This is because Arabica beans are fuller in flavour and aroma. We simply don't believe in bulking out our coffees with Chicory and Robusta
  • Our roast cycle is at least 12 minutes compared to as little as 90 seconds for the big multinationals. Why? Because this is how to develop the amazing flavour and aroma that our coffees are known for.
  • We small batch roast - typically around 10Kg/roast to give our beans room to grow and mature during the roast cycle.
  • We have the best crema of any coffees because we believe you should use the beans within 2 weeks of roasting. Sure they will be ok after 1 year, but taste the difference on a fresh roasted beans and you will never go back.
